The reason for starting Noor Clothes is an effort to solve some problems of female clothing.
As working women, I always needed modest clothes without under-laying layers. This desire becomes depression specially in summer when it is hard to find out non-revealing clothes. I often searched islamic clothes and most of the time found them really boring and all coat-like styles. So I started to design my own tops which had knee lenth and full arms and beautiful designs with vibrant colors. Whenever I wore those tops, everyone liked it. By the time I realised it is not only my problem but also problem of many women, specially girls (who deserved to be looked good) without any tension. So Here it comes, My Tops Range is all designed by myself and perfect for both working women and college/university girls.
The other probelm which I tried to solve is ‘the shalwar qameez’. People in my community and in family like to wear shalwar qameez. But the problem was, the ones which are available in asian-targeting high streets, are not good enough in quality and really expensive. And if you get one dress from these high streets, in couple of weeks, whole area is wearing the same. This is not what we all want (we, as women, like to look unique and beautiful). As usual I solved my problem by getting good quality, my-sister’s designed Pakistani shalwar qameez. But that not good if I show off to get beautiful dresses which are not expensive for me. So I decided to prepared high quality shalwar qameez. Cloth is from high quality brands in Pakistan like Gul Almad, Firdoss , Alkaram. etc etc. Stiched by experienced tailors and designed by my gorgeous sister. So here is the range !
Until now I am getting very good response from my community and friends which appriciate me and my effort and encourge me to carry on. Because I am a web developer by profession so I developed my website and start adding on my website www.noorclothes.co.uk. (Just to say Noor is my das’s name and naming something of his name, is definitely not to paying him back, not possible).
So this is my initial reason to start. I am quite enjoying it because it is something I never did in my life and very different state of mind for dealing with issues related to clothing.
